The team’s investment principal experience encompasses substantial direct work in African mining and resources, including deal sourcing, valuation, transaction structuring, and portfolio management across multiple Sub-Saharan African jurisdictions. The principals have established working relationships with mining sector counterparts, regulators, service providers, and operators in the firm’s target jurisdictions, supporting both deal flow generation and effective execution capability on the ground.

The team’s institutional technology and operations background provides the firm with proprietary capability in the systematic analysis of mineral prospectivity and the operational infrastructure required to manage a multi-jurisdiction investment platform.
